If you are unsure about anything, these common questions explain what is included, how billing works and what to expect.

Unlimited content updates cover reasonable day-to-day changes such as text edits, image replacements, adding or removing pages, updating contact details and service descriptions. Major redesigns, new custom features or complex development are not included and are quoted separately.

Once payment is confirmed and we have your content (logo, text, images, branding preferences), a standard website is typically completed within 7–14 business days. More complex projects may take longer; we will agree timelines with you upfront.

Yes. If you cancel, you may request a backup of your website files. Our hosting and management services will stop, and you will need to arrange alternative hosting and technical support if you wish to keep the site online elsewhere.

You can contact us via email or WhatsApp during business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 SAST). We aim to respond to general queries within one business day and complete standard content updates within 24–48 hours. Critical security issues are treated as a priority.

Your first payment is due before we start building your website. Thereafter, payments fall due on your billing anniversary date (every 3 months, 6 months or yearly, depending on your plan). We send renewal reminders at least 7 days before payment is due.

Yes. We send reminder emails 7 days and 3 days before your renewal date. You will also receive confirmation once payment is received and your plan is renewed.

If you misplace your payment reference, simply email us with your business name and the email address used when you subscribed. We will resend the correct reference. Using the correct code avoids delays in allocating your payment.

The subscription covers the managed website, updates and maintenance for a standard brochure-style site. Advanced functions – such as full e-commerce, booking systems or custom applications – can be scoped and quoted separately as once-off or additional monthly services.

Yes. You may upgrade or downgrade at the end of any billing period. Please notify us at least 7 days before your renewal date so we can adjust your invoice and plan from the next cycle.

We currently accept direct bank deposits (EFT) into our South African business bank account. This keeps processing costs low and allows us to maintain competitive pricing. Our full banking details are provided after you complete the checkout form.
